First of all it sounds by the phrasing of your question and your distorted history info. , that you are as hate full as the very nation that you accuse. If in fact Americans are so disturbed why are you here? To take what you can for free? This nation was built on immigration from many countries. Just as a movie theater has so many seats and sells tickets so is the USofA. The question or problem isn't about immigration, it's about "illegal immigration". If you were standing in line at the theater with a purchased ticket and I came along and snuck in before you and no ticket would you complain? I doubt not. And as for your babble of US history, your nation is far more corrupt. We, the usa, send billions to mexico and it's leaders pocket most. And lets not forget mexico's contribution to the drug world. I have traveled to mexico several times, never was it a pleasant time. It was squaller once you got off the coastline.
As for the native americans and african americans, they are as crybaby as you seem. they enslaved their own as well as traded their women for livestock and status. Do your homework. Why do you all cry as children and say "but if you give us money we'd get over it" Life is life dude. Grow up, step up and stop blaming. If you were born with one leg longer than the other do we have to build offset stairs to accommodate you? Why? Are you special? If you can't think as fast as me are we to give you more time on a test?
Is your home your home or can a homeless person call it his also? With your way of logic......of course. Use common sense if you can that is...if not we'll do that for you too. And my opinion of you?.....sad,but true. Not much.

I think you are suffering an identity crisis. You say that you were born in America but you consider yourself a mexican. Well you may in fact refer to yourself as a mexican but the people and government of mexico do not. You have about as much rights in mexico as any other person from any other country, which is nearly nothing. You also seem to be a hypocrite by claiming that Santa Ana was a "sell out". Furthermore you are grossly misinformed as to the circumstances of Americas decision to use nuclear weapons. Lastly, You say that there are thousands like you, but there are countless millions like me.

too bad, too bad you feel like that. Did you also know that Andres Pico and Pio Pico were ejected out of Califormia and tried to rally support from Mexicans to help them execute a plan to save at least Alta California for Mexico? COULD NOT get it. Oh you need to know who the PICO bros were . . .look up San Pasqual Battle.
Let us not forget that Santa Ana dealt with the Americans because they were entrenched around Mexico City and at the time were asking for the unconditional surrender of Mexico, witch would have put the US border a FUR piece SOUTH of what it is today.

I did not steal any land,,,,I did not drop a bomb,,,,,I did not enslave any one I did not kill anyone,,,,,,How can the people of this generation and time be blamed for what occurred before we were born????? My husband was the son of a "white" woman and an American borne Mexican,,, In Texas, born in the 1940's,,,,,HIS grandfather came from Mexico, but did it legally,,,and his father was born in the US...I learned to make tortilla's and tamale's and menudo,,,,,They spoke English, paid taxes, served in the Military in World War 11 and in Viet Nam. They loved this country and did whatever they had to do to support it,,,,My father-in-law left his wife well off, and their children had college educations, History is history,,,,,,none of us had anything to do with stolen land, or the persecution that occurred years ago, We want to live, we want jobs, and education for our children,,,,lwe don't care if you want the same things, but when people come to an established country and violate laws that have been in place since BEFORE your elders were born, something is wrong,,,,,I DO NOT CARE IF YOU ARE HERE,,all I care about is that you respect this country, do what is expected of you, learn the language, take pride in the country that you have CHOSEN to come to and become part of the solution to some of the problems that exist rather than being angry and hateful and resenting this country for having what it has,,,and is willing to share if things are proper and right,

First of all, I think if you were born in America, you should've taken advantage of the public school system and learned things like capitalization and how to construct a complete sentence.
Secondly, I think that your question is inflammatory and you automatically assume that American patriots are "haters" and hate you. I think you are the one with preconceived notions about others. I stop short of calling you a racist, although, by your animosity, I could see how others might think of you in that manner.
Lastly, I don't think it matters one bit what Santa Ana did and whether or not you believe he was a "sellout" (sic). I think our country HAS initiated and participated in immoral actions in the past and you're right about that.
But I also know that Mexico is rife with poverty, governmental corruption and oppression. The United States, while imperfect is a democratically-elected representative republic. We live in the freest society in the world and have been successful doing so longer than any other nation in history.
I think you're fooling yourself when you think Mexico will take their land back. Mexico as a military force is all but impotent. Mexico's largest source of income is immigrants to the U.S. sending money home to their families, for crying out loud. Vicente Fox spent years encouraging and supporting the mass exodus of his own countrymen for that very reason!
Be a Mexican Nationalist if you like. Just understand that by doing so, you drive a wedge between yourself and all other Americans who would love to have you integrated into our society. Why so hostile to the very country and society that has allowed you to succeed? To even express your hostile opinion? Had I written your same question as a "U.S. National" while sitting in Mexico City, the police would've immediately come to my door and tossed me in prison.

You sound like a hate monger. You have more hate in you than most black or native Americans do.My own mother was raised by her Mohawk grandmother in the depression years in the US. They had alot of difficulties but they never spoke a racist word against anyone. They worked hard cleaning rich white peoples homes ect.never blaming anyone for their lot in life.Get over yourself....

Ok now that you have proven yourself a good little dupe of laraza or what ever. You have also proven yourself a traitor to this country and the next knock on your door will be from the homeland security enforcers to take you to a nice FEMA camp! If you think Mexico is so great why don't you move down there and don't let the door hit you on the a$$ on your way out! Real Americans don't want to hear this treasonous crap!

roflmao....you consider yourself a Mexican Nationalist, yet somehow I suspect Mexico's Immigration Service would turn you down if you applied to live there.
However, being American born you have the right of free speech. So go ahead, continue to prove what a silly boy you are.
We all need a laugh now and then.
