It's the first person singular of the Latin verb 'reviviscere', and it means 'I revive (in spirit)' or 'I come to life again.'

recenseo is "revice" in latin
Maybe that is it?

It is not revise, that is lima.

The only other latin word I can think of is "contremisco" to tremble.

Do you mean it is a derivative or actually latin/greek?
There is no "v" sound in latin, v's are pronouced like a "w"

Are you sure about the spelling?
If it is 'revisio' (from resvis(us) L) then it means revise.
