I agree with the previous answer, I think she should jump him. I believe that's the proper ettiquete when you're in a room with someone you like. It's just rude if you don't.

It depends upon whether you are alone or not.
If alone, How cold is it?
or, How Hot is it?
How is he dressed?
or, is he clothed at all?
It also depends upon the room.
Is it in a church?
Is it in a jail?
These things matter.
How old is he? There is a minimum.
How old are you? Until you reach the minimum hold that thought.
The "also me" part is confusing.
Do you mean that your friend wants you and the boy?
Or, do you mean that you both want the boy?
Or, She wants you despite the boy?
Or, You want her and or the boy?
Or, You both need answers?
Most of these questions tend to answer them self through a good application of etiquette or if necessary complete abandon of good morals. The choice is yours. or hers.

she can like her brother also and both they can be in a room and they could be plan for there family future and about domestic discussions. but if they are not brother and sister they may be friends and should do good for humanity that is making a child or something new etc.....
