Latin really didn't have a word for 'obsession' as it is used in English. They used phrases and sentences to describe being obsessed with something. An answer above has 'studium c.u.m Marte' - that's one way, but it's maybe a little short of a full-blown obsession. A stronger version would be 'In Marte ad insaniam studiosum sum' - literally, that's 'I am studious/devoted to Mars to insanity'
sum = I am - could also be 'est' (he/she is) or 'es' (you are).

Romans also used:

'In Marte stupeo' - I am astounded by Mars

All rightie, I dug out my Collins Latin-English dictionary as well as my old Our Latin Heritage textbook, and this is what I found:

Totus sum in Marte (I am obsessed with Mars)

Studium *** Marte (Obsession with Mars)

Hope this helps!
