my bf and i have been dating for 2.5 years now. we have a great relationship and he's very close to my 3 daughters from a previous marriage.
right from the start of our relationship (well 2 months in-that was when we first slept together), he's always been very physically attracted to me.
anytime i come over to see him at his house (several times a week), he's all over me and wants to make love w/in the first hour that i'm there (he will ask me how my day was, how the kids are if they aren't with me,etc). this has been constant for the whole 2.5 years now.
we've discussed marriage/living together and will probably be engaged w/in next 6 months.
i'm just confused as to why his sex drive is so high w/me. he says it's b/c he's in love with me and that when he's making love to me-he feels the closest to me that is possible. he says he couldnt make love to me if he wasn't in love with me.
is this a good sign that even after almost 3 years he wants it so much?!!

i enjoy it-don't get me wrong and our sex life is what i would call electrifying (no other guy makes me feel that way).
but he sometimes thinks that i'm not into him b/c i can't keep up with him!!

You have a legitimate concern.
What happens if you are injured and sex is not an option?
Challenge yourself and him to abstain for say 3 weeks.
Both of your reactions will tell you a lot about your real feelings.
If he is not able to be as loving without sex then you will have a problem when old age and nature takes over.
The brake will be good for both of you and straighten the relationship if you have a real relationship.
You may want to print your question and the answers and show them to him. Knowing is half the battle.
Good luck in your search for truth.

It's great you have a very satisfying sex life with your man - that is one of the things that will help you sustain a long-term relationship!
In addition to having great sex, you must be committed to each other & share the same life goals. Nothing wrong with great sex - but make sure you're on the same page for the mundane things that come up & ruin relationships like, how will we handle finances, discipline of children, the division of household chores?
Make sure you're on the same page for the big things if you're thinking long-term, and other than that - have fun!

My bf and I have been together almost 4 years and we are the same way. Can't get enough. I am NOT complaining. I would say it's a good sign. I don't really get the impression that you don't enjoy the frequency, but if you don't want it as often as he does, you better think twice before getting married, because if you reduce the frequency, he is going to resent it, and he will have a right to be resentful. It's like my mom told me, if you don't give it to him, he will find someone who will.

1, Your job should be devoted to raising your daughters
2. Do not I repeat do not move in with him without a ring on your finger. What example is that for your daughters?
3. You should be asking him the question about frequency of the sex....

Too much of anything can be a bad thing. In this case, if his sex drives is too much for you. It might cause future conflicts.. Otherwise, if you're able to satisfy his sex drive and vice-versa. It should be fine. The key thing is if the two of you can compromise and balance each other needs.

As long as you can tell that he's into your life and into you as a person, I wouldn't worry about it. Some people just have a really high sex drive, and at least you know that he is also attracted to you personally. Sounds like he is just as into you as a person as he is into having sex with you!

you wil regret asking this question when 10 years from now he cant even get his twinky up, enjoy it while it lasts. my husband is 27 and some days he just goes limp during sex, or cant get it up and i would trade to be in your place at that moment

Its fine.
After it passes 3-5 times per day, every day, then you should worry.
