What are you trying to do? Blast everybody off the street as you drive by??!! Plus if your crazy enough to be sitting in with all that noise, try taking to an old person who has lost their hearing. That will be you in about 10 yrs.
2 speakers in front and 2 in the rear is more than enought.

can't talk from experience, but my brother had a KILLER system in his car.TONS of speakers, man it sounded good. But after awhile they shook so much it made his windshield leak. So he had to take some out. But it was cool while it lasted. So use your own judgment

It's pretty pointless unless you're just trying for sheer volume. If you're looking for clear, realistic sound with good imaging, it's much easier to achieve with fewer speakers.

it would be pretty easy. get a box for each 6x9 or they have some that can hold all 4 in 1 long box if it will fit. run that on a 4ch amp and the subs on a mono amp.
