If expects you to do some thing then you want to stroll away. you're a minor, he's a legal adult. college has no longer some thing to do with it except the very incontrovertible truth that he's there and also you're nevertheless in intense college.

That's not really a cut and dry answer. It depends on the guy of course. You're underage and it's illegal for you to have sex with a 19 year old regardless.
Most guys in college are sexually active, though few aren't but are probably looking to be. Regardless, no matter what kind of expectations this guy may have, you don't have to do anything you're not completely comfortable and ready to do. And if he is the right guy he will understand and respect your wishes. If not then he's not someone you should waste your time with.

First off, legally the 19 year old can not touch the 17 year old. He has to wait till she's 18. Even if it's consentual. Did you hear about the young boy in Georgia, sentenced to 10 years in prison for having concentual oral sex with a minor!!!
Number 2, boys in college...all they think of is sex...sex...sex, so that's what they'll be expecting. Now if he respects you, then he will wait and not be pushy.

If your dating any guy he wants to have sex with you. Doesn't matter if he's in High School, College, The Marines, or just some guy who works at McDonalds. You tell me, whats the first thought that comes to a guys head when he see's a hottie?? _ _ _ Fill in the blanks. However, you are underage so i would highly reccomend you dont do anything with him until your adult years. He could wind up in jail and be a registered sex offender...don't let him force you to have sex.

Who cares what they expect... Not all guys are the same, guys can expect anything. Just stick with your beliefs and morals and give him what you expect. Don't lead your life by what others expect.

Sister let me tell you what I found out years ago......my bf room mate in college....major player....He purposely dated high school girls because they were naive and easy...once he had sex with innocent girls... he would drop them like a maggot pie on fire....if any boy expects you to have sex with him.....he won't respect your women hood at all.

He more than likely expects it, but if you say that you don't want to, and stick to your word then there is nothing he can do except accept that, or break up with you.
