Just tell him. Don't do anything strange or "special". Just say you like him. Honestly....whats the worst that could happen. If he turns you down, big deal. (Seriously, at least you wouldn't be wondering if he liked you or not.)

ask him if he likes anyone and if he says yes and wont tell u it is prolly u and he is just too afraid to tell u! u can also hint it to him u like him be more flirtly and call him silly names and talk to him more he will get the clue!
