You need to be really careful about trying to lose weight FAST especially with dietary supplements. You are only 16 years old and you are still growing.... an extreme diet could really affect you.... Try cutting down on fat, eating more fruits and veggies and of course good ol' fashion exercise.... good luck....

not reccoomended whatsoever. Losing weight fast is never good (unless in extremely large weights over 300) and is usually a sign of dehydration or other unhealthy items. Numerous problems are associated with extremely rapid weight loss from fat burners and supplements including Acid Reflux Disease and heart problems especially at such a young age and statistics show that only 5% of people who use these items keep the weight of permanently. As for your personal weight, you are not truly extremely overweight and I would focus on a balanced diet and exercising. YOu can create calorie balance sheets online to see how much weight you are losing and if you stick to it you can drastically improve your lifestyle and lower you weight. But whatever you do do not even think about using supplements or over stress yourself in exercise to burn weight because numerous people have died as a result (Steve Bechler Baltimore Orioles). Of course you will not die instantly but it is not good for your health at all and can lead to problems later. Also, I would question why you want to lose wight extremely fast because if it is for popularity or anything of that matter who cares? Im sure your health is more important than vanity.

go get a men fitness magazine and read the ideas they have concerning circut workouts w/ weights. It is the best way to lose weight and gain muscle. Should notice some changes around 3-4 weeks. Try their website too because they have an awsome year long workout program if followed should change your physique considerbly. Stick to eating and digesting more proteins and less carbs. More protein makes you feel fuller and keeps up ur energy. Eat smaller more frequent meals instead of only three a day. This way it keeps your metabloism moving. good luck!

The over the counter weight loss medications rarely work. And some times can cause more problems than good. If you want to use a medication to lose weight go to your doctor and talk to him/her about it. You can also just cut calories and get more exercise. That gets the weight off and keeps it off.
There is a prescription medication that I have seen patients use with great results (Xenical). It removes fat from the foods you eat, and they are excreted through feces.
But I really do recommend seeing your family doctor.

Good Luck

there are no quick fixes. anything that promises to be a quick fix is either a scam to take your money or unhealthy. even an all protein diet that cuts carbs is bogus. weight loss from a no carb diet is from the loss of glycogen, not fat. learn basic biochemistry and any "get skinny with our products" will become transparent and reveal itself as fraudulent.

consider a lifestyle change. fat people live like fat people. they eat more than they should for the amount of activity in their lives. people that are fit lead lives that promote health and an active lifestyle.

forget looking for products.

diet pills are lies! they make people gain weight for those stupid commercials, and they make you think that you'll loose weight but you are really wasting your money and time! ok my advice for you is to eat all of your servings of fruits, vegetables, calcium, protein and ect. also i highly recommend joining a sport or something like that at school or just wake up early eat something decent and then maybe go power walking or for a slow jog around your neighborhood that is what i do but i am only 97 pounds lol mostly muscle. Hope I could help! :) good luck!

losing weight the natural way is the best thing to do. do some cardiovascular training, lift weights and watch what your eating. keep track of the food you have eaten and exercises you have made for the day. count the calories you have taken and burned. follow these tips and I'm sure, you wont be needing to take weight losing products. i should know because i myself lost 50 pounds. from 230 lbs down to 180 lbs.

I'm guessing that you have to be condideraly under 6 feet tall.
At 16 , I had a brother who was 18, and neither of us were ever that heavy at that age, we knew a few people who had you particular dilemma.

I'm hoping that you have access to a swimming pool, some good walking/running shoes, sturdy chairs and some beat up weight sets and/or wrist and anle weights.

We excercised every day for at least 90 mins. These always preceeded by light stretching and limbering excercises for 5 -10 minutes.
Sit Ups
Pull Ups
Chair Dips (between 2 chairs)
1/4 mile walk

We started with a set of sit ups consisting of 5,then 7, then 10.

We did three sets with a 2 minute interval between each set and a 10 second interval between the 5,7, and 10.
That we did for a complete week before moving them up to 6,8,15. From there we added 5 to each number each week until we got to the last number in the set being 100.

We did the same with push ups topping out with the highest number in the set being 35.
3,5,10...going up by 5 each week until the top number was 35.

3,5,10.
8,13,15,
13,18,20
18,23,25.
23,28,30.
28,33,35.

To make a long story short we altered the Charles Atlas plan to suit us.

You should be able to find that plan in any library, or even on the internet.

You can use chairs in lieu of weights.
Place two strong dining room chairs far enough apart t so that your entire body can be set between them.
Extend you feet out and together resting the palms of your hands on the middle edge of each chair..
From that position push your self up 3 times inhaling deeply before pushing up from a lowered position between the chairs then exhaling completely after letting yourself down between the cair again

You'll have to set your reps real low in the beginning...lets say 2,3,5...topping at say 4,6,10.

Needless to say , you should consider altering you diet to avoid that "fast food stuff" and shunning caffeinated and sugared drinks.

Just substitute water for these drinks because they tend to dehydrate you.

Heavy up on fresh fruits and vegetables and make sure that your meats are boiled, broiled or baked without the favored breading preparations. Substitute 100 % whole whaet for white bread, and brown rice for white rice.
Use brown sugar or pure honey as opposed to white sugar.

These are habits for life.

If you are not paying the bills at your house , you can only meet these goals by doing your fair share or more around the house.

That includes, school work, chores and respect.......all in healthy doses.

You'll only get commensurate to what you are willing to give in any endeavor.

Rome was not built in a day, and neither should you attempt to acheive any of these goals in a similar manner.

People will help you as they see you helping yourself.

It's getting late and I fear I'll have to finish this at another time.

Good luck.
