Chasers is pretty much just charcol. The idea is that it absorbs toxins before your body can absorb it. However, the main cause of a hangover is dehydration - alcohol draws water out of bodily tissues, giving that hungover feeling (and one reason for frequent trips to the bathroom). So, really to prevent hangover, drink some water, a glass every couple of drinks seems to work for me (or if I forget at the bar, I'll down a couple glasses before going to bed).

I've never tried it, but I have no problem with hangovers anymore. The trick is to be properly hydrated. Towards the end of the night, drink a glass of water with every drink and drink a glass of water before you go to bed. If you wake up during the night to whiz, drink another glass of water. Take a couple aspirin or advil and you're good to go. Stay away from eating greasy foods at before you go to bed, and don't smoke (if you're not a real smoker).

No, but I did try that hangover prevention technique called vomiting and I have had mixed results from it.

I tried it, just drink a ton of h2o while you drink and it will do you the same thing. All a hang over is, is being dehidrated.
