Sure, that means a life that is more subjective than it is objective. Generally a person with a highly developed inner life would take naturally to meditation and reflection upon deeper meanings in life. This as opposed to a highly developed outer life, in which a person perhaps feels acquiring better jobs, bigger homes, faster cars, etc. is more important.

I think everyone has insecurity's at some point in their lives but i think its more about the person they are as a whole really, Each person deals with things in a different way. Some judge out of not understanding, some from lack of sympathy, some because its what they've been taught and some because they see something they don't like about themselves in others too.

It's purposely vague and intentionally confusing so it will fit into just about anything you want it to fit into, just like horoscopes. The numerologist probably says that 50 times a day to 50 different people.
I hope you didn't spend too much money. Numerology is a hoax.

Being a wiccan i do belive in any type of foutune telling but those who sell their gifts are to be ignored. You can do your own nermrolgy report. there are plenty of books on it and other forms of divination like tarot, runes, palm reading and so on. Its a good, fun and enlightning hobby.
