Self centered fear is the name of your malady. You worry too much about what you think other people are thinking of you. You have no confidence in yourself, and you are worried others will see something wrong with you.
Self acceptance is the first step. I am okay today just like I am. God made me and I am a unique and special person with my own gifts and talents that are just mine.
It is none of my business what you think of me, it is my business what I know is true about me. Treat other people as you would want to be treated. Be kind, caring, giving, loving, tolerant and patient slow to anger, quick to laugh. You will like your self and others will naturally like you too. Those who don't like you, leave them behind you don't need them anyway.

I used to be really shy in rl. It made it hard to make new friends until later in the year. :-) Best way to get over being shy, Is be a little more outgoing. Talk to people, take a risk, and have fun doing it. Eventually you relise theres not a need to be shy and you get over it some point in your life.
