The 'a' in cuando with the whatsit does not exist in Spanish.

Put in an unstressed 'a' and Babel fish should work.

Cuando = when.

Is that Spanish?
If so, then it means "When are you going?"
cuàndo = when

But Spanish accents normally go the other way, so if that's something else, then I can't say for sure.

Vas = go/going

Cuándo vas ?
When will you go ? / When are you going ?
