when i dont touch my computer for 30 min. it logs off my account and its really annoying because im downloading videos and stuff... so when it logs of it ruins my whole download..... what so i do so that my computer wont log off at night?? *i have window XP*

Right click on any empty (non-icons) space on your wallpaper. Choose properties. Click on screen saver tab. Click power. Choose system standby. Choose never or whatever time you want before your computer goes to standby.

Check Power Options in Control Panel. You can tell it to never Log off or Power Down.

Control panel, click on power icon and change every thing in the menu to never
it is set to 20 minutes change it to never then click apply.

If you have dial-up -- it happens. That's one of the reasons why I switched to cable.
With that said, review your settings in Power Options in the Control Panel.
