Sit around and do something that will keep you awake. Usually doing something like wasting your time on YA or playing video games. There is no one thing that can get you sober instantly or quicker than normal just sit around and take your time. Alcohol does not metabolize any quicker if you do anything it does it at the same rate. But eating and drinking water doesn't hurt either since it will help you not feel as lethargic and dehydrated when your body is processing the alcohol.

Drinking lots of water helps you avoid a hangover, but not sober up.
Eating food will stop you getting drunk in the first place, not sober you up. It will reduce the speed that alchohol in your stomach moves into your body.
Vomitting and stomach pumps will help as well.
Having a stimulant, eg coffee, will make you feel more awake, but your reactions will still be slow.
In fact, there is no way to reduce your blood alchohol level. All you can do is wait for your liver to break down the poison...alchohol...in your blood.
Alternatively a complete blood tranfusion will also help, but not recommended.

The only way to "get sober" is to wait for the alcohol to be metabolized by your body... This takes time. Generally two hours for each pint of beer if you are 200 lbs.

Well my best suggestion is more beers. It always helps me when I am trying to sober up. Also trying going down to the local police station and start a fight with a woman officer or handicapped man/woman/snowman. I hope this helps!!!

FOODS:saltine crackers, peanuts, salted popcorn, salty chips, bread slices. DRINKS: alka-seltzer, sprite/7up/mountain dew, a can of tomato juice-a dash or two of hot sauce-a shot of whatever liquor you had drank to get drunk and a punch of orange juice. TO SWEAT IT OUT: a brisk walk for maybe 10-15 minutes, but nothing strenuous like weight lifting, a steam shower, a really hot bath, but please be careful in the tub!!! Aspirin or hot and black coffee. Whatever works, get better soon. The water is important so you won't have 'cotton mouth' when you wake up, too.

Exercise helps, it will speed up your metabolism, other then that, if you want to be less drunk for a longer period of time, eat greasy food, but if you want to get it out of your system completely faster stay away from fats, salads and beats & asparagus will clean your system up quickly. I agree with the person who said one pint for two hours though unfortunately, time is what will clear you up mostly.

i ussualy had another beer, just one. Or I'll have really hot noodle soup with lots and lots of hot peppers, as hot as you can get because it'll make you sweat a lot and the hotter it is, more water you need to drink. Try it!! Always work for me.

Either just chill and enjoy your buzz or crash. Either way don't jump in the car to get a pizza. Have it delivered.
