Whooooohahaha! That's a good one. The only one really is sales... sales really is the only field where you can get paid well regardless of education, but you would have to be a hard worker and learn quickly. Check the used car lots... radio stations sometimes look for people to sell ads and are willing to take a flier on someone. Good luck.

if you are near a college, you might be able to find on-campus or off-campus jobs in things such as being a research assistant for a graduate student (although some scientific background might be desired, unless they want someone to mainly water plants or do laboratory cleaning grunge-work) or jobs such as a personal care assistant.
in anything you do, you have to be able to demonstrate that you are responsible and respectable, or else if you don't you will get passed over for someone who actually does possess these qualities.
like the commercial says, you never get a second chance to make a first impression (or something like that)
good luck.

I work at best-buy, and yes you can start at 9 and up, it depends on department, but places that have tons of employees in one store(like walmart, or mcdonalds) wont pay you much because your easily replaced, but maybe their security team (people who watch the cameras) get more per hour.
p.s. it all depends on your appearance, make sure your tone of voice shows confidence, so make sure your look says "i need 9 or 10 bucks an hour). also check out jobs in the community or school.
