If you want the chicken like the BBQ with out the BBQ, broiler !!! I love mine! Then about 6 min a side. The broiler is high heat that is why you only need that amount of time.

This is the BEST and soooo easy! Ok, so you get your thighs, peel skin back and poke holes in it with a fork, squirt lemon and lime juice on it and sprinkle some Tony's seasoning on it and return the skin back. If you plan on eating the skin, which I do sometimes, sprinkle a little Tonys on it too. Bake at 350 for about 40 minutes. Yummy!

Chicken and Mushroom Bake with Rice
6 chicken thighs
1 c. water
1 can cream of mushroom or
cream of celery soup (i prefer cream of mushroom)
1/2 c. rice
2 medium carrots, sliced (I sometimes omit)
celery salt, for seasoning
paprika, for seasoning
1/4 tsp. salt, as needed
Place rice in bottom of a baking dish. Pour 1/2 c. water over rice. Add 1/2 can mushroom soup. Stir to mix with rice. Place chicken legs, salted and peppered, on top of rice mix. Sprinkle with celery salt. Add carrots. Add remaining 1/2 c. water to mushroom soup in can. Stir until well blended. Pour over chicken, carrots and rice. Sprinkle paprika on top, sometimes I add a little parsley (nice pretty effect). Cover tightly with foil. Bake at 325' for 1 hour.
You can also cook this without the rice and carrots.
It makes a nice gravy to pour over cooked rice or noodles.

This is quick and easy. A family favorite.
Saturday Chicken
5 servings
10 chicken thighs
(you dont have to use that many chicken pieces. Use how many pieces you want. the rest of the recipe stays the same.)
1 can condensed cream of mushroom (or cream of chicken)
1 cup of cream (dont cheat and use milk; the cream makes a lot of difference)(I have cheated and used milk lol, it still tasted good but the cream does make a difference)
salt, garlic powder, and paprika- to taste
chopped parsley
Season chicken with salt, garlic, and paprika. Next, spread it out, in one layer baking pan. Dilute the soup with the cream; pour it over the chicken, and sprinkle parsley on top.
Bake , uncovered, at 350' for 1 hour or until juices run clear when chicken is pierced with fork.
Makes a delicious gravy. Serve with mashed potatoes or buttered noodles or rice.

Personally, I love braised chicken thighs with a white wine, cream with mushroom sauce. It's quite simple. Add a little butter to a hot pan. Salt and pepper the chicken and sear on both sides until brown. Add one chopped shallot, stir for about a minute. Add some cognac about 2 oz., watch for the flames! Add one cup dry white wine (reisling). Turn heat down and simmer about 45 mins. In a seperate pan, saute mushrooms in 2 tbs. butter until dry( you want a nice golden brown to them). After 45 mins, remove chicken but reserve liquid, that's your sauce. Mix 1 tbs flour with melted butter and add to wine liquid. Then add cream and mushrooms. Season to taste with salt, add chicken back to pan. Heat for about 5 mins and serve with pasta or mashed potatoes with a side of sauteed asparagus. Sounds complicated, but it's really simple. Bon appetit!

a really quick and simple way: Itailian dressing. Just use it as the cookin oil and it adds spices and the oil at the same time!
Plus , it tastes great. Also Lemon Pepper seasoning tastes great on any chicken.

I continually fry my hen thighs. conceal them in a sprint egg and flour and placed them in a sprint veggie oil over medium warmth. this is going to take approximately an hour watching the huge style and length of the thighs. turn them generally, so that they do no longer burn. in case you like you may upload a sprint salt and pepper to the flower, or you ought to use your favourite seasoning.
