I know its when God kicked him out of heaven, for thinking he was better than God,,,,but was that before Adam and Eve?

It wasn't exactly that way.
Angels were created before the rest of creation; they are spiritual beings.
Lucifer was the 5th archangel, in charge of light.
When God made Adam & Eve, the angels were told to serve them.
Lucifer refused to serve these physical 'animals'.
So he & his minions (the dark angels) were banished from heaven by the archangel Michael, for being disobedient. They occupied the world.
They torment us by appealing to our physical weaknesses.
That way they remind us that we are animals.
But we have a spiritual side to us also.

The devil was kicked out before creation. The moment that the devil sinned hell was created.(Isaiah 14 :9, 12-15)

The Christian concept of hell was invented around 300 AD. Hades a few thousand years earlier.
