I mean they find out dirt to use against you and manipulate you especially in church where they can cut your heart to pieces? They seem to build up your confidence and then when you make them mad (without being aware you have made them mad cuz your supposed to read their minds) they proceed to dwestroy your life ???? anyone know how to spot these devieois people befor they take you out????? and how to break free from these toxic relationships?

you obviously have a pure heart and are very trusting. understand that there will never be a relationship where you wont get hurt or wont have to take risks think about what drew you to this girl and try to not repeat your mistake. we all make bad choices those are called learning curves but repeating them are just no longer learning tools they are disasterous mistakes. she obviously is an ill mannered, insecure, immature person whose regard for others feelings dont even count in the equation b/c she's so self centered. I'm sorry that happened to you but let it go and just remember to try to be more selective before you spill your guts to someone. God will help you through it and the people around her will only pity and look down upon her for her stunt she will lose the respect of people not you. Go with God He is yours He loves you dont give it any more of your time. Let it just go, we all stand in the same line at the end.

I'm afraid that type is everywhere in an unusually dysfunctional species such as ours. Experience will help you spot them very quickly as time goes by.
And, for a rather unusual approach--become more "sensitive" to "energies " through meditation and "energy work"--Reiki, tai chi, etc. In this way, unlike many, you'll be able to "read"/feel peoples' energy fields--the toxic are easily spotted by their low frequency--and you'll know generally who to avoid.
Sounds delusional, especially to fundamentalist types, probably--but, nevertheless, quite real. Has helped me very much over the years. They may "look good," but the vibe tells more accurately who they really are. Good luck :))

One of my favorite sayings when dealing with these dysfunctional people is "give them enough rope and they'll hang themselves."
Manipulative people have a deep sense of insecurity and in a sick way they need to belittle others to make themselves feel good - it's a sick pattern that many people get stuck in.
Do your best to be honest with yourself and set and maintain your own emotional boundaries - then stick to your guns to defend them!

Not much you can do, other than to do what you said, break free from them.
It is difficult to spot someone who is intentionally devious. Just be yourself, be truthful, and let them do their thing.
