I'm 22 weeks preg and my dietician advised me against eating some sausages and lunch meats. She suggested "Pre-packaged" cold cuts like Healthy choice brand rather than from the deli. She said that sometimes meats aren't fully cooked and there's cross contamination. Tho if I were to have a deli made sandwich she suggested a "hot one"... As for sausages... she suggested organic ones and to fully cook them... heat if previously cooked. I've pretty much eaten whatever I wanted my doctor even told me that sashime/sushi is safe

If that dog is not a quality one than yes it is bad for you. But in small amounts fat that comes from the pig is good for you. And a 4oz dog or a 6 oz smoked brat three times a week + minimal walking is fine.
ENJOY THE PIG

They are very high in salt, even if you are just eating turkey or vegi dogs/ smoked sausages which are lower in fat. And they are carsonogenic if they are smoked, so try cutting back on those K : )

Well there's a lot of fat in them but the real problem is there are so many other kinds of food out there that you could be eating...that's better tasting and healthier. Try to go a week with out them and try something new!

It's not what you'd call a quality balanced diet.
These are the cheapest scraps of meat.
They contain fillers & chemicals too.
Try going for less than 3 times a week.

Not if they are vegetarian versions. Sorry, it won't kill you as fast if you eat lots of fresh fruits and vegetables along with your unhealthy meats. Keep the buns whole wheat and the sugar intake low to balance out the bad stuff...ok? Baked potato or oven roasted potatoes- not potato chips. Sweet potatoes are very good carbs...
