The apple is definitely the first choice, vitamins & fibre.
A boiled egg is fine too, but hold the mayo, not good.
A sandwich needs to be light on bread, try a wrap.

The apple. Or the sandwich on rye bread with no mayo.
You may find the apple might not fill you up enough -try some yogurt with it too.

i would say an apple....the egg is healthy but the mayo kinda kills the nutrition of it

I'd choose an apple. I tried it before and make it a daily habit. It really makes my day and I noticed that my sugar cravings lessen throughout the day.

the apple is best for you... all the mayo is not the mayo is nopt good for you and it is artery clogging.....

eating fruits in the morning is the best nutritiion you can get. i'm no nutritionist but i believe your diet must include fruits and vegetables.
