My brother does not want to speak to me. The last time that we spoke, he told me something that hurt me. I hung up on him.

I sent an e-mail apologizing to him. He did not reply.

Now, I heard from someone else that he does want to speak to me at all because he thinks that something is wrong with me.

I have decided to not worry about it, but wonder why he is so against me that he would talk bad about me behind my back to someone else.

He lives 3000 miles away and is married with two children.

Should I just ignore it or try to patch up things?

He told me that I was bipolar which I am not. He keeps accusing everyone in the family of being mentally ill.

Your question is confusing.

He told you something that hurt you. Maybe hanging up on him was a good thing to do. He is the one, I think, who should have apologized to you.

Don't worry about what you heard from someone else. It may or may not be true.

u should go to the doc, get tested if ur bipolar or not and prove it to him. Send it by email. Give it time. He's ur brother. Trust me, he loves u.
