can a rat git prego with a girl rat and if she is how do i know?

Like the others said, a female needs a male to get pregnant. If you have 2 girls and one is pregnant, she had to have been in with boy rats before you got her.
Are you are sure they are both girls? If you hold them up (gently lift under their arms while they are in your lap), and they don't look alike, you may have a boy. It's pretty easy to tell. Boy rats have big balls. Girls don't.
When a rat is expecting, she will get really a big bulgy tummy in front and on her sides, and her nipples will be more visible. If she is just getting fat, she will not have just the bulgy tummy, but be fat other places too. When she is near to birth time, she will want to make a nest.

Sweetie, how old are you? A female (girl) rat needs a male (boy) rat to get pregnant. If you have two female rats (girls) then one does not have the right "body parts" "cells" to get the other girl pregnant. It is possible however, that one of your female rats was pregnant (by a male rat) before you bought her. Can you take her to the vet to find out for sure? Something else may be wrong if she looks a bit pudgey.

No. to get pregnant a female rat needs to have contact with male rats.

Think about your question for a minute. Can a female rat get pregnant with another female rat? Can a female human get pregnant with another female human (and not with invetro!)? You need to think real hard and answer this question for yourself...

not with a girl but are you absolutely possitive it's a girl pet shops aften missex animals especially rodents. Also how long have you had heer could she have gotten pregnant before you got her???
