Hi sweetheart,

Vitamin E is wonderful for the skin but its known more for its antioxidant properties. It won't clear up acne or uneven skin tones. To clear up uneven skin tone or acne, you'll need other products.

I suggest trying Oil of Olay Definity for uneven skin tones, Strivectin SD or Natural Advantage by Guthy Renker. (The latter two cost more but last longer.)

For acne there are many good products on the market. Some people swear by using Vicks and toothpaste to help dry up acne. I prefer toners w/ Alpha Hydroxy Acids or other drying products like Cortisone Creams. (Just don't overdo on the cortisone creams as they tend to make the skin thin if used for prolonged periods of time) A little is all it takes anyway.

Keeping your face clean is always a plus. Use a toner after washing your face every other night. (less often for dry skin types) And always apply a good moisturizing lotion overnight. (one that isn't oil based but water based if you have oily skin)

One of the best acne tips I know is to wear mineral makeup foundations and other mineral products. The minerals are milled into such tiny particles that when they're applied, they block moisture from the face. If moisture is blocked, then bacteria cannot penetrate the skin and form new pimples. Make sense?
