OMG YES!
this is a perfect dress especially in the summer. I would go with the blue instead of the strawberry though.
Hair: up do. A nice low bunwith the part at the side of your head would be nice.
Accessories: Keep it to a minimum
I say pearl earrings or some nice diamond studs and a simple bracelet.
Shoes: go for the Alfani Evening sandal. They have it in Chmpaign or Black @ Macy's. The one with the crystals on one the strap the hold your toes together. I forgot what the name of the shoe is but it's made by Alfani. Get them in Champaign. and a nice matching cluch in champaing .

yes it is appropriate. Just be careful if you are ordering from a catalogue to make sure the color is really what it looks like. Sometimes the colors are total opposites once you get it from the one in the picture. Just a heads up, but Im sure you will look great

I HAVE THIS DRESS!!! I wore it to a wedding last weekend (late afternoon and steaming hot) and actually got a lot of nice compliments. It's wonderful fabric, you'll love it. You go girl, wear it proud! :)
