I will go with follow your heart.
I have done that many times, and I have never been unhappy that I did.
Sometimes we cannot trust our minds.
Your mind can only process information without any feelings or emotion.
I have had times that my mind said, 'No I do not want to do that', but my heart said 'Do it'. My heart was correct.
Passion does not come from the mind. If I only went by my mind, there are times I would have stayed home and watched TV than to go to a prison and spread the gospel.

I've heard this question on Miss Universe pageant recently.. xoxo.. anyway, i think that both is important.. you have to balance both.. you must follow your instinct, follow what your heart says.. but sometimes if you follow your heart, you can be too emotional.. this is when you should use your mind .. think rationally and logically.. a combination of both will help you solve a lot of things..

It depends on you do you like to do things the smart way or the way you want to do them. I associate doing things by heart as what you want to do, and your mind as thinking things through and doing the best thing for yourself and everyone around you. Following your heart is easy. Following what your mind says can take alot of will power.

Depends on the situation. Sometimes your heart can lead you to do some pretty dumb things (look at Brittney Spears marrying KFED) but I think that if you use your mind properly in selecting a winner, then let your heart lead the way from there

I think it is hybrid, it would be nice to just follow your heart but sometimes your heart lead you in stupid directions that your mind would have not lead you in and vice versa. So i think you have to follow your heart 50% and follow your mind 50% and that should lead you in a decent direction.

This depends on the situation, i always follow my heart, unless it will lead me to possible danger, then i would follow my mind or the smart way!

Depends on what your situation may be. I am divorced and not exactly in a great place now. Mind would have served me better here. Heart on my sleeve is my usual mode.
Be smart use the brain on top of the body. Best to stay awake or lose out later on.

Follow your mind. The heart is prone to rash decisions. But always pound some brew before doing any serious thinking. It suppresses your inhibitions and makes it easier to consider all aspects of the situation.
