It needs to be discussed with a doctor, not with random people who don't know you or your daughter. The doctor will analyse her diet and make suggestions on what to change.
Look into getting her into some activities class/group that she's likely to enjoy. Physical exersise is by far more effective than dieting.

Consult a Dr first, if you can. Even the school nurse can point you in the right direction. Diet and Exercise go hand in hand.
This is what I would do: smaller portions of the high calorie items, very little fatty stuff, steam instead of frying things, tons of veggies on hand all day, no sweets for 10 days, then only as a small treat, no sodas whatsoever, everything in moderation from now on, and don't supersize or give portions larger than her palm. If you serve chips, make them tortilla chip with sea salt and no gluten. My kids love to snack on these. You can make salsa with fruit in it too to go with it.
Note, your house is not a restaurant, she should eat whatever everyone else is having or choose a standby that is always the same, like salad.
As for exercise, you have to set an example and should do them with her. Walk everyday, play soccer, basketball, swim, hike, get a bouncer and let her bounce on the commercials while watching tv and do limit the time she justs sits and gets no physical activity, that should be reading time! You could take her to a park or school and run/jog laps while checking them off in a journal to mark her success in. Lastly, get her to join a martial arts class and/or join a sports team where they practice at least 3 times a week.
Her journal should contain some photos too and a clearly defined goal set. Celebrate every accomplishment with something. First time out, frozen yogurt and a movie or new running shoes. Week One: new clothing item Week 5: Hiking trip with friends or amusement park visit. You get the idea, talk about it with her and come up with a plan that will work for you both, emotionally and financially. best of luck!

She needs to get active. That must be a priority.
If I had a daughter who weighed 135lbs at 9 years old, I'd put her on a very wholesome diet, but not a modern "low-fat" one. No more Micky Dees, no KFC, no fast or junk food. I'd portion control her meals, find out the appropriate caloric intake for that age group. No white bread, white flour, sugary drinks or candy. Loads of fiber foods to help her feel full.
The low fat diets do not work because when the body is deprived of wholesome fats it hangs on to the carbs and converts them to fat. Butter, cheese, raw milk, the fat in those foods are used as energy, not stored as fat. (I know this advice will get me a thumbs down, but I don't care. The current diet information is wrong. Look it up. Weston A. Price is a good place to read about the myths of low fat diets.)
But she must get exercise as well. And it doesn't matter if she complains about it. Find something that she likes to do, bike riding, skating, jumping rope, hiking, sports, something.
Good luck. It might be a hard road, but it is worth it.

3 culmination? it really is it? it really is so completely incorrect on your. you want to stability your protein/carb ratio or you'd be NUTS with out the perfect carbohydrates. how can you keep up not ordinary workouts and aerobic on 3 culmination? i might want to assert basically watch your calorie intake and burn up better than you eat. there isn't any longer some thing incorrect with having 3 balanced foodstuff and snacks in between each and every meal on a daily basis. Your body gained't shed some pounds and save it off in case you try this kind of nutrition plan. i imagine you may want to lose 60lbs in 3 months eating good and workout. adult adult males have an extra ordinary time dropping weight than women human beings. Watch the biggest Loser. that's exciting. My major issue is two hundred-60 is 140lbs. it really is basically anorexic searching for a 5'9" guy. I weight that and that i'm a 5'8 lady. Is there some reason you want to be so small? reliable success!

Get her a Bike. Get yourself one too. Go riding together; once a week now that its summer. Put fruit in the fridge for snacks....take her grocery shopping with you and have her pick the ones she wants. Try to get rid of the junk foods around the house. Also go swimming, as it is summer and its hot out. Oh, but don't call it a diet plan. That's not exactly confidence bosting in a 9 year old. Just my opinion.
