I think we should use all the homless ppl for war(frontline troops) fishing bait( for BIG fish) for the target range(shooting moving targets, get out troops better for war

Maybe we should use them a border guards. There would be enough to cover all of our borders, and they would not have to go home and could patrol 24/7.

All of those suggestions are impractical. The homeless are usually in that state because of deficiencies that would make them poor targets. No comercially viable fish are attracted to humans as bait - consider how rare shark attacks are, for instance. Moving targets can be simulated in a variety of more practical ways.

Nah, just send them to live with Rosie - she has enough food to feed all of them for a long time. Besides after an hour or so with her they would all want to leave and go find a home somewhere else. A lot probably would volunteer to serve it Iraq - better dealing with the stress there than here with her!

That would be just plain cruel. Some, and I will venture to say even most, that are homeless aren't because of their own doing. These people need help, but I feel that help must start out in your own country first. We keep giving so much in way of money and support to other Nations, but we have forgotten about our own homeless here.

Place them on Military bases that have closed or are unused.They are the peoples that the Military would not accept for some reason or cause,.or something, but are humans, can't eat them. not really.....
