I bought a BEAUTIFUL flask from The Wine Shoppe off of Pico and the 405.

Or if you are willing to pay the shipping, check the Jack Daniel's website store.

I purchased all my flasks at head shoppes. You can find them in any town or a generic one at any mall- just look for the shop that has tie dyes in the window and smells like sandalwood. You should find a quality flask for under twenty bucks and have it ready for Dad before your lunch hour is over.
Or, search e-bay and see if you can buy express shipping for it.
It may also be worth your while to check a few antique shops and pawn shops as well.

Good luck!
