I have a tight schedule and this is vacation for about 2 weeks for me until prep school over the summer starts and I want to train myself to work efficently and save the most amount of time I can. The need to sleep has taken so much time from me and I WANT IT BACK! Well naturally this is not possible but I want to be able to sleep less hours maybe up to seven or eight hours each night and still be able to wake up refreshed and not needing to drink green tea or coffee to stay awake. FOUR HOURS! seems so attractive....so how do we get into rem sleep? I know it's the dreaming period..and WHY? why four hours of REM sleep? Yes I know I ask too many questions! Sorry it's my nature!
