I'm a Smoke fan.. I get pi-ya'd every race ( cajuns luv to pass a good time ) but there's nothing "ironic" about me, or you or anybody else and their choice of overindulgence or abstinence.
honestly... I admire the man for keeping his values..
he didnt cave into the almight $$.
Now I like Bud.. *giggles*... but
It takes a lot of moral courage to do what he did..
it's principle...he set a good example for not following peer pressure.. apparantly.. he's got a solid foundation about who he is...

Just as ironic as the fact that his football team plays at Fedex Field and after that--The 11 car debued. Now also Budweiser is a big sponsor of the field. So what's that tell you??

Not as ironic as that the largest Mormon population in the US outside of Utah lives in Vegas and many of them work in casinos. Early on the mob liked hiring them because they would gamble on the side and were less likely to cheat them.
Or many teachers penstion plans have large stock holdings in tobacco stocks.
My big problem with Gibbs stand is that he has no problem with Tony running in the Bud shoot out. Petty doesn't let his cars enter. If you have a belief and you hold true to that, good for you. Walk your talk.

Not only does he dislike, it he won't condone it not on his team.I'm not saying anybody who drinks a beer is bad,because I'm not.I am proud of Gibbs for this.Gibbs shows the kind of man he is.It's up to the fans to be responsible for themselves,he can't keep them from getting drunk.
