My fastest mile is 6:49 I want to improve and try to get a 5 minute mile like around 5:59-49 or something like that.. i have 2 tries.. one on friday and one monday...Please advise or tell me what i should do ..

You are trying to break a 6 minute mile. You need to do less than 90 second laps. Run repeat 1/4 miles in under 85. Do about 10 of them. Do this on for the next couple of days. Rest on Sunday or go for a slow jog and then do it on Monday.

in case you propose you may run an entire mile in 5 minutes or something alongside that length is nearly impossible for somebody. till you have been practise 24/7, no, no longer basically each and each guy or woman can run a 5 minute mile

Wow, you are most likely not going to be able to cut 50-60 seconds off of your mile time in a couple of days. It takes most above average runners 6-7 months to drop their mile time by 60 seconds. Unless you've run a sub 6 minute mile recently your body won't be able to respond to the demands of running that fast.

honestly that would seem imposible but...if u do one thing that might just help....STRECH...even if u do already...strech to the extent that u get something out of it...dont push it to hard ...cuz that wont help u...but really spend sometime on that an if anything i bet it drops by monday...good luck
