I have a high metabolism, I eat a lot of foods that might make someone else gain weight, but im a size 0-2 in US sizes. Do you get hungry soon after you eat, because that happens to me. Some days i just feel like eating constantly, but this is also because my diet is not the best one around...I should eat healthier lol.

those with a true fast metabolism can eat most whatever they want and maintain a lean physique with little to no exercise. not many people have true fast metabolisms
