I'm so nice to everyone. i treat everyone with respect, i help people out when they need it. even people i don't like. i get good grade. ( i have a 3.0 average, mostly B's) i usually put everyone else before me. like if my friends want to do something and i don't i do it anyway just to keep them happy. i've been told that i'm pretty and i have a great personality. people even gave me crap for not running for homecomming queen.
but it seems like whenever i don't have the right answers to something or i try to do something i want to do i always get yelled at. or someone gets mad at me. like with my boyfriend. he always wants me to decide what to do and when i say i don't know he gets mad. or same thing with my friends and other people.
i don't understand why people are always expecting so much from me. can anyone tell me why?

....This is a bahavioral defect, and it is codepedndent.
Read How To Be Your Own Best Friend. It's a short book. Until you put you first, you'll always get dumped on.
Being a people pleaser only gets resentment and poor treatment.

You've made the fatal mistake of being a giver. Most people are takers, thinking only of themselves, when it comes down to it. You've spoiled them! Now whenever you don't deliver, you become the bad one. Be proud of yourself for being a giver. It's a blessed spirit that gives with no thought of receiving in return. In time you'll find there are those who truly appreciate what you have to offer.

sound to me they're *******!! If you don't feel like doing any thing, then don't do it, keep back and enjoy yourself. If they have a problem, ask them I have rights to down time just like you. And if they can't answer their own question why should you. The next time your friends ask you a question that they can't figure out, just ask them what do they think the answer should be.

Because you are so accommodating. Your BF gets mad, because he wants to do the things that you want to do to please you. Try and think ahead, so that when he asks you, your reply will also be something he likes to do. Then you both will be pleased.

i think that they are preasurring you to make your own decsions instead of always doing everyone elses choices. so i dont think they expect stuff from you..i think they want you to learn to become a leader and not a follower.
