20/20 vision is considered normal. This is interpreted to mean the clarity with which someone sees something from a distance of 20 feet. 20/15 means you see something from a distance of 20 feet that a person with normal vision would have to stand 15 feet from to see with the same clarity. So, this means it is very good eyesight.

It's above average eye-sight. The lower the 2nd number the better. It means that whatever an average person can read clearly from 15 ft, you can read from 20 ft.

20-20 is good/normal. (20 in right and 20 in left)

How do you know you have 20-15 vision and not know what it means... did your optometrist have a speech problem?
