I tried walking everyday for 1hr. Slim fast, South beach, Low fat, fat free, and cutting food. Nothing is seeming to work. I tried throwing up food, not eating as well, none of it will work.

When you deprive/starve your body all you lose is water weight and muscle not fat and also slow down your metabolism and then gain back more than lost as soon as start eating normal again.
any diet you cant fallow all the time is not a good diet. start looking at a diet as a way of life not as something to "go on".
permanent lifestyle changes will bring you permanent results.
find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat), light weight training (more muscle=faster metabolism)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

A proper diet is the best way to lose weight naturally and keep it off. You have to eat a varied adequate and balanced diet. Your body needs all kinds of food to function properly including fat in smaller quantities though. Your body needs the nutrients and vitamins in fruits and vegetables the most, that is what you should eat the most of (at least 5 servings a day). You also need protein, and a little fat. Reduce your intake of sweets, fried food and foods that contain a lot of fat. Don't drink too many alcoholic beverages or soft drinks (they have a lot of calories). Don't go to sleep right after you eat. And finally exercise at least 3 to 4 days a week for about 45 minutes.Good luck. You can also get more information about nutrition from this site:

I just lost 40 pounds....I drink about 50 to 60 oz. of water each day...I use slimfast for lunch only every other day...because it can get boring doing the same thing all the time...I eat alot of high fiber foods, cut out sugar and just watched portions...also I had my thyroid checked and had to go on meds and it's been very easy so far. I walk three times a week and only about a mile so I'm not even doing anything strenuous....I think the secret is listening to your body when you are full because then you will eat less. It's more about how much you eat then what. Hope this helps.

I lost 30 lbs by doing different diets.... maybe you have a gland problem

Or try keeping a diary of what you eat. If you are truly eating less and exercising, you should loose weight.

I recommend the nutrisystem, but be prepared, the food doesn't taste bad but not good.... it really does work though.

Maybe you could try a more controlled diet like The Zone, where they deliver your meals. You could also join a gym and work with a personal trainer and nutritionist.

No matter what you do, don't give up :)

no..don't do the throwing up thing. try weight watchers, it worked for me. It's a really easy plan...try it! If you don't want to enroll, just limit your portin sizes, drink more water and try exersizing more. Best of Luck!!!!! You can do it!
