eating too much of anything will cause you to gain weight. only 100 extra calories a day will become 10 pound gain in a year and with a regular apple being around 70 calories its easy to add up. fruits are very important with weight management in balance, they keep your system working and watery fruits can help fill you, just make sure you're not eating more than your reccomended daily servings.

I would think just the opposite if you eat a lot of fruits with fiber in it. Stay away from eating lots of fruits that taste real juicy. Too much Vit C this way is not good,
You are to have at least 8 servings of fruits/vegetables a day.
When you eat a lot make sure that you drink a lot of water too.

Eating way too much of anything can cause you to gain weight.. but its hard to eat 'too much' fruit. Make sure you just watch portion sizes, and you should be fine. Just dont go and eat a whole apple orchird, that will cause weight gain (:

3-4 fruit in a day is enough.
fructose is digested in kidneys and has about the same effect on them as alcohol - all the blood is being rushed over there to help them and they are "going crazy".
yes - it can cause weight gain - for some people more than others.
