I have heard ppl say that lemon juice squeezed on it regularly
will fade them over time.I bought some fading cream from Avon that seems to work really well on sun spots on my face.

age spots are hard to remove, but you can fade them with a good skin lightening cream.. here's your $9 solution -

facial bleach, u can buy at any beauty supply store..it fades them away.
