If you want to be fat, then start eating more (focus on good healthy food) and eat otten and a lot at each meal. Then reduce your activity level. Do walk or swim to stay healthy. Keep this up for a while and the weight will come. That is what I did in my early 40s. I was happiest when I was very fat and over 9 years I overate and added 400 pounds to now be 620. I am happy with who and what I am and that is the key.
