Mm, well, most people that diet and exercise right, and not obsessively, lose 2 pounds every week. So, 73 days is about 10 weeks... so, roughly 20 pounds.
Of course, if you work harder than that, people lose more than that, I suppose :3

To lose weight the healthy way, you shouldn't lose more than 2lbs a week. 73 days is about 10 weeks, so you can healthfully lose about 20lbs.

I am 210 pounds. I hope I will be able to lose my 15 extra pounds until end of the summer by being on diet and biking. Light workout will help you burn more fat. Also, in the morning you burn more fat than other times.

it depends on your current weight and body fat percentage - the higher it is the more weight you could lose
5-20lbs if you do it healthy way by eating enough and exercising
