do cannondale lefty forks only fit their bikes? are there any other manufacturers that make a design like this? where can i get one?

You can put the Lefty on some other frames. I've seen different bikes where the owner has put some Leftys.

You do need a new headset, and I don't know which are the requirements for it.

Its the Cannondale forum in Mtbr. You can ask in there that question, I'm sure they can help you out. Sometimes there are some dealers in there that might even sell you the fork and mounting hardware, or just tell you if it's possible or not.

There is another fork very similar to the Lefty, but I've only seen a pic of it and the website. I'm not sure it's worth it.

Probably for the amount of money that the Lefty will cost, you could buy a Prophet or a Rush, remove the lefty and throw away the rest... or keep it as a spare bike.

forks fit anybike

as long as you have the right mountaing hardware and dimensions

check the specs at the store of the frame and forks

see if they match

right next to the lefty tubes behind the righty spokes under the ambidextrous seats.
