See this Women's Health BMI calculator. As an adult, you would be UNDERweight.

Go see a doctor & talk about growth, diet, etc. and take your parents along if they'll go. Tell your parents that you are upset by their comments - it's one thing to try to make sure you don't become overweight. But if their comments just upset you, that's not productive. Try to talk constructively WITH your parents.

Personally (I'm a guy), I used to eat 4000-5000 calories per day and I burnt it all. I left school aged 19 at 6 feet tall, 120 pounds & 27 inch waist. So the amount you eat isn't the critical factor, it's whether you burn all the calories.

Good luck.

You are underweight. The average weight for someone 5'6 is 130 lbs. You do NOT need to lose weight. I don't know what your parents are seeing, but if you weigh 105, you are plenty thin. I'm sorry you're parents are saying hurtful things. Parents can be wrong at times. Try to ignore them. You do not need to starve and hurt yourself for your parents sake. Take care of yourself.

But they aren't saying you're fat by the sounds of it, they are just commenting that you are eating a lot....do you eat a lot? Maybe they can't believe you can eat so much and still stay so skinny!

I don't want to offend you, but it sounds like you have issues with your weight and you are misinterpreting comments from your parents, because you are sensitive about your weight.

just don't worry about it. i'm 5'4 and about 125 pounds, and my mother does the same. even to my sister who is barely 5 feet and weighs 100 pounds. you should just mention that you don't appreciate the comments. 105 pounds is NOT fat, especially if you're a taller person. You wouldn't really want to end up like Nicole Richie, would you?

Girl if your 5'6 and only 105 im so jelaous im 5'3 nad i weigh more then you. You do not need to lose weight and don't ever let your parents let you feel like you do. I don't know how close you are to your family but mayby to relive your stress on lossing weight u shoul talk to them. Good Luck!

105 is not fat especially for your height. In fact, your probably underweight. They're probably just jealous of your fast metabolism and the fact that you can eat whatever you want. I'm sure they would never say that you were fat. You may just be thinking a little too much about this one.

Don't let it get to you.
My mom, aunts, and grandma always make fun of me for eating so much, but I think hers is more of a joke.
Either way
You're at a good weight and eating isn't the only thing that factors into weight gain.

what ever you do . DO NOT stop eating . just do not over eat. eat healthier things. go for walks,or runs, swimming is one of the best things you can do soo if you have a pool.. go swimming for like an hour a day..do laps. you will really notice a difference. but it really depends on WHERE you wanna lose the weight . like if its your legs and arms..the swimming will work most likely.but it takes time . walks are awesome for that as well.along with the running and jogging . but if its like your stomache, just cut back on eating bad things, dont over eat . do sit ups, they tighten your stomache and gain muscle. you will notice a difference but you got to put alot into it to get into it. so TRY .
