I did:
Sunday: Abdonimals
Monday: Legs
Tuesday: Back/Bicep

I am under the suspision of over training so I decided to not do chest/tricep today. I'm still debating though Someone said it'd be okay to do abs or chest. I took some protien because I thought I would lift but now im kinda undecided. It's fast digesting whey, I don't want the excess to go to waste.

Don't worry, your protein is not going to waste. Your body needs protein everyday because it is continually building muscle fiber. If you feel you want to exercise then do some cardio-- walking, jogging, bicycle

Absolutely. Your muscles don't grow when your working out, they grow at rest. So eat protien everyday--workout day or not.
