Professional tattoo artists all know where they buy their supplies like this. Why are you inquiring? Homemade tattoo?

Edit notes: Okay, got your messages and I sure wish I could help you - obviously you are a professional. I have never heard of this particular paper but sure would appreciate knowing if you find out - good luck on this!!

Whatever you do, don't use carbon paper. Just because the transfer is purple doesn't make it carbon paper. I can't even imagine the affects that would do going into the body.
Go on line go to Spalding and get some "rag" paper and hectographic ink or pencil.
If you get the ink, you will have to buy a Rapidograph pen....
3.5.
Draw the tat on the rag paper with that ink, use gel deodorant
on the area to be tatted, not too much, and apply the paper.
