Well technically I am an assimilation of mass, but mass being relative to energy and seeing as how I expend some energy to move I would say I am both.

Most religions that believe in an act of creation would question the dualism that prompted your question.
Does it need to be one or the other? My own personal faith informs me that I have been created. My identity is in both, simultaneously. Neither is me without the other.
