Actually I am writing to thank you for prayers. Debra is still in ICU and is doing better. We are "cautiously optimistic." Whether you prayed or just sent good thoughts we thank you.

I believe in the power of positive thinking, whatever we call it. If someone tells me that they're praying for me, I thank them. If someone says I'm in their thoughts, I thank them. It is the idea of positive stuff coming your way that is important.

I know that God can answer prayers and where two or three are gathered together in his name, he'll be there, even if we're gathered in a place like Yahoo!Answers. Our God is an amazing God, he is Jehovah Raffa and loves us very much. Praying for wisdom and direction as well for your family during this time.
For those who don't know Debra M or are just tuning in: Debra M is the lady whose avatar is a woman in a blue headress (like a nun) and has her head bowed down. She had surgery earlier today and went into a coma. She's now in ICU and getting better and Debra M is one of the best of the Christians on this group and Tommy M is her husband. She always tries to walk in love to others. However, the Yahoo Answers group considers these posts a violation of guidelines and tries to delete the messages.
So, keep tuning in and we'll keep praying!!
And Tommy, in case you get deleted, feel free to send me an e-mail and I'll be happy to send out info on her to the others. Or send via Kallan, or any of the others who are posting comments directly to you. I'm sure any of us would be willing to help you!

i believe in the power of prayer 100%, tommy! i'm still praying...and thanking the Lord for good news...we miss debra...all the prayers i can offer can't equal the good fortune i've had reading her Q&A...you've got a truly special lady there...

Yes, I belive in prayer, absolutely. I have seen many many healings and miracles through prayer. But, you have to pray to God in the name of Jesus. And accept HIS will. I will pray for Debra now. This is the first I heard about your request. God Bless.

I will cycle energy with the noosphere to try to influence a positive outcome. Though her opinion is different to mine, I like Debra and respect her respectfulness, and I wish you and her all the best.

Personally I send energy, say a prayer and send good thoughts. :-) Good thoughts could technically fall under the sending energy.
