Ok, if you weight lift on mondays and thursdays, and swim monday-friday on endurance, would that mess up the recovery of the work out? Or would it be fine since swimming is not putting alot of stress on the muscles?

I responded in your other question as well. You willbe fine. Your muscles can recover since swimming is more like cardio than weight-resisance.
