i dont know whats wrong with me, i keep getting these horrible pains at the top of my stomach that feel a little worse than manstrual cramps but they last for about a minute or two but they keep coming back every hour or so and when i do #2 its watery im really scared help me

You need to see your healthcare provider. This could indicate a serious gastrointestinal condition. Usually, yellow stool is called steatorrhea. This is known as a large amount of fat in the stool. For some reason, your body might not be absorbing fat properly. If you have persistent diarrhea of any kind, you need to see your healthcare provider.

Another thing you may think about are possibility of gallstones or biliary obstruction. Biliary obstruction usually causes upper right abdominal pain that may radiate to the back as well as light-colored stools. You may also notice some yellowish discoloration in your skin (jaundice). The pain will usually start or get worse with eating (especially fatty foods/meats).
Not sure if any of the above fits your current problem--I'd suggest that you visit the doctor if you're having persistant pain. Hope you feel better !!

It could be just a passing episode of diarrhea that came from something you ate. Drink plenty of water so you don't dehydrate. If you have some Pepto-Bismol or anti-diarrhea medication you can take some to help relieve your symptoms. Take some Tylenol or Advil for the pain. Eat some toast or crackers or other dry food. If it doesn't pass by tomorrow, then you may want to go to your doctor.

You need to see your Dr. The lack of color(brown) can be a sign of liver problems. Don't guess about it. Go see about it.
