Not sure, but you CAN get ingrown hairs from shaving. Ingrown hairs are caused by hair getting trapped under the skin because it starts growing curly. If you have these little red bumps, just exfoliate using a benzoyl perozide acne pad instead of scrubs...it really works!

I think so,but if so make sure you go to the doctor & maybe they could prescribe you some medicine like lotion or something that you could put on it. Good Luck!

yes you can, but they can also be a form of std. or just other infections, i would see your doctor to be sure
