How can I download a picture editing software?
I need this picture software to edit pictures taken from my cell phone, changing the background, fixing red eyes, making pictures brighter, etc?

you definitely should try Picasa from Google, i am myself very pleased with it.
Picasa is totally free and very easy to use, you dont need to be genius.
Picasa has functions like editing, making effects of your digital pictures, making Picture CDs or slideshows ,searching pictures on your computer, it also integrated with other Google Service.

Try the free (as in you don't have to pay for it) PhotoPlus from Serif software. (It's a great programme, for what it costs. lol.) If you like what you get, there's always the option to pay for a more up-to-date version.
Take a look at the other free software they offer too.
